A WALK ON THE GHOST SIDE

Day 1 of my Spooktober: 31 Days of Halloween movies starts with a controversial choice. The movie Ghost is often seen as a romantic movie but I would argue that, although dated in its CGI, the movie’s medium usage, ghost-centered, and hell-creatures make it one-hundred percent a Halloween movie. Plus, it was the start of a ghost-themed night of frightful activities.

After the movie, I headed to a neighboring town for a haunted ghost tour.

By lantern light, I made my way through the streets for a spirited night listening to stories of things that go bump in the night.

And even though my guide wasn’t exactly Whoopi Goldberg and Patric Swayze didn’t make an appearance to reenact the pottery scene, it was a great night. Let me know your thoughts about my first movie choice in the comments below. Plus, let me know if you’ve ever taken a ghost, witch, or another haunted walking tour.
