Ready. Set. Watch!
One of my favorite things to watch on TV is competition shows. It doesn’t matter if it’s finding America’s favorite dancer or Britain’s best baker, I’m ready to pick the one I want to win and watch until the end.
Lately, I’ve been watching The Great Pottery Throw Down on HBO Max. It’s a competition to find England’s best potter. Not only do I love learning some amazing pottery techniques, no I’m not a pottery buff but I’d love to learn, but I also love the accent and really want the host to tell them their potting is better than Harry’s. (Petitioning for more Hogwarts puns, thank you!)
Anyway, this show is the best and scratches my itch for amazing artists creating beautiful work that’s judged by quirky, talented judges.
